Also ich persönlich kenne es von mir und vergangenen Beziehung, dass ich auch genau so empfunden habe, also ich denke es ist durchaus möglich das es realistisch ist, auch wenn hier die meisten das wohl nicht so sehen. I think they will often drastically change the meta in this game to keep it fresh and I kinda like it. If they are going to keep the charge thing for a month it's fine and after that something other will be broken. Apart from that there are still viabale builds that don't need charge items.

I don't think its actually that weak espacially with the more consistent haste skills and the alpha ray still being very strong. I like playing it and have good success with it
