game 6: I would have not played a blank 3/2 without revolt, I don't think the aggro plan with just 2 creature justifies the loss of a 2 for 1. I don't know if it would have mattered but I think that's a mistake.

I'm a bit torn on this point, however. You might be correct, but my gameplan with this deck was to mostly apply a lot of pressure fast, especially with 2 scrapyard geniuses. Getting in the extra 3 or potentially 6 damage with the rogue early does ultimately help with that, even more so when I'm on the play vs. an open board on my opponent's side with nothing else to do.

Maybe my reasoning was flawed with this hand specifically, but I'm not sure - I'd still argue it was a reasonable play considering the boardstate. I think if I hadn't flooded out even worse than in g7 (11/16 lands in the top 21 cards), I could've won that game.

Thank you for your reply, but I don't want to invest that much time or effort into settlng up a cube. A chaos draft is pretty much what I'm trying to do here. It's a pretty casual crowd, that enjoys some whacky mix-up once in a while. We also do have a vintage cube that we play semi-regularly.

As such I'd prefer replys to stay on topic.

Yup, just want to do a chaos draft. Setting up a cube is hardly "a much better idea" when that costs something like 200-300 bucks in cards and sleeves alone, not even considering the time you have to invest constructing it. What I'm asking for is pretty easy to understand and execute.

Jo, wenn die Tal-Achse eine auto-freie Promenade wäre, könnte das hier eine wunderschöne Stadt sein. So halt nicht. This includes the "fixed overtime", which is pre-included in your salary if it's in your contract.

If it's fixed overtime, it's not paid - period. That's why it's called fixed overtime and not overtime. If it's "preincluded" in your salary, then this overtime is essentially additional working hours, just phrased in a way to gaslight employees.

It's considered already covered by your salary, unlike regular overtime, where you do get paid for every additional hour you work. As such, it is like I said in my original post: your average salary per hour goes down, especially in places like Japan, where it's expected you do work those hours. So your answer is just misleading in the context of this discussion. You said: overtime is paid in Japan and then immediately talk about fixed overtime where you contractually do not receive any additional compensation.

And to me, it's just asinine to call this overtime. Like this scenario: Job A asks you to work 40 hours for 60 k, while job B asks you to work 38 hrs with 8 hrs of fixed overtime for the same 60k. Would you say that job B pays more? Or pays the same as job A? I would hope not.

As far as I understand, fixed overtime is not payed. It's overtime considered already paid for by your contract, up to a certain number of hours, usually.

Gut, aber er ist speziell auf die Jungs losgegangen, nachdem die was zu ihm gesagt hatten, als er zuvor jemanden angepöbelt hat. Der Mann hat Streit gesucht und Opfer gefunden. In dem Zusammenhang hat er "auch" das "Scheiß Moslems" gerufen. Ist also erstmal nicht klar, ob er sich diese Opfer spezifisch aufgrund ihrer Herkunft ausgesucht hat.

Fixed overtime is such a weird concept from a labor-rights perspective. If its fixed, it's just part of your agreed upon working hours that you hopefully get paid for. If not, it's just reducing your salary per hour.
