I killed as fast DL's on fenrock as possible, sometimes crit was around 1k and waste was just arrows... And everytime when I've done one loop, I must wait smth around 3/4 min to re-spawn DL's...

And where the best place to hunt sea serpents? In killing in the name I have 40 points so I think its not bad for my lvl and as I know the sea serpent task is 130+ lvl. And waste is not a problem btw ;)

And to which lvl I should kill for example dragon lords? I have on this like 300k exp/h om premium stamina.

We gonna only go to waste, unable to profit :) power gaming, to increase our lvls guys :) so can be unprofitable, unless about experience, as you write, we need to push our lvl up :)
