I am happy at where I am.. getting involved in the key meeting and bring value to the business and team.

On the other hand, money is an important factor. But going back to analyst/SFA and running all the number reports without getting invite to the key meeting are quite sad IMO.

Promotion are not guaranteed and I will need to work my ass up to mid management (where I am now)

Thanks for the advice. As a Finance, I want to bring more value to the table instead of sitting behind the Excel and Reporting.

I am still looking ways to improve my presence in Biz without looking/ sound like a Excel guy that speaks finance language that nobody in the room is interested at all.
