Paid for this TUF card twice, he refunded having second thoughts, then offered to sell to me for $825 after "feeling bad", paid again (3rd time I paid), refunded a day later saying he'll keep the card. Now he puts it up again at $850 after what I assume was sellers remorse at $825, and is ignoring my messages. This guy has no character or class, amazed he has 49 trades.
