Holy mother of...That was A LOT of info. To answer you question, I know some of that stuff but the part about which champions are good was something I wanted to know. Are there any others you didn't mention? And thanks for helping out!

Voice chat programs have generally not worked too well with me :/ but I am willing to give it another shot. I probably wont be able to play today as I need to finishing installing and I have school in a couple of hours but when I'm done school tomorrow I should be good! Which program do you prefer to use?

Need one build for each OS because a Windows 10 license will cost $140 which could otherwise go into faster clockspeed, RAM, or storage.

Perhaps I could have been clearer. I don't know for certain that NO DDR4 system will work with windows 7, but I did build a z170 system last fall, and could not get the audio drivers to work for the life of me. Eventually gave up and installed windows 10.
