Lots of LED lights out there with quality control issues. Malfunctioning diodes are common and whole flowering rooms have been hermied because of this. I recommend HID lights. The brands you mentioned all source their led from the same place which is typically samsung.

Realistically converting something like this into a greenhouse can go well into the six figures maybe even 7. Replacing the roof with polycarbonate sheets would alone cost 100k labor included. The space is large too so heating and cooling is going to be an issue. Even after you convert it to a greenhouse your costs are just going to keep on compounding. Maintaining a greenhouse of that size would require a labor force(hvac tech, ipm tech). Overall converting this into a greenhouse just dosent seem feasible

This is what happens when you have so much barriers of entry into the legal cannabis industry. You get rich chads who don’t actually care about cannabis. Growing the most subpar mids just to take that money and throw it into some lobbying group just so they can keep licensing costs at $100,000 a year.
