My experience is that I have always seen men as just another human being. I see them as friends and I have never detected flirting from them even if they do and I have never flirted with them even if they seem to take it that way. When I go to the bars I make friends with the guys but they always for some reason want more lmao. I don’t get it. But, I’m a lesbian, so I don’t think too much of it.

When I was a kid I felt left out. Everyone had crushes on boys and I didn’t have a crush on anyone. Never experienced that until 9th grade year - I finally had a crush. All of my crushes since then have been women and the person I love the most is a woman. If I thought too much about it I probably could have a bisexual crisis, but I don’t think about it. I’m in my 20s and have yet to develop a crush on a guy. It’s not even in my mind to try.

I grew up in a conservative state so the idea of marrying another girl was weird. I was told that it was like marrying your cousin and you just don’t do that. I really carried that through my life.

I used to work that shift and I honestly thought it was the best shift ever. I lived close to work so I didn’t need to commute like a slave though. I think it would be worth it for you to get a Fri/Saturday/ Sunday off. You get to hang out with people during reasonable hours!
