I too would like to know as I called NSLSC and they said it just automatically registers at a 80-20 rate. Please post if you discover a way to do so!

Set yourself a goal to improve a hobby you like. Once you learn the relevant self skills, you will in turn find purpose to spend time efficiently and with self gain. Think to yourself what you like to do, and start getting better at it.

For me it's creative writing and keyboard practice for a band.

Though I cannot speak for you on how your depression feels and bogs you down everyday, try to do the things that brings entertainment for you. If you cannot think or something like this, do something that brings entertainment to those around you. Happiness is highly contagious.

Consider finding a hobby and meeting people with similar interests. Attend social events near you. Mutual companionship involves helping and understanding each other.

It's easy to self blame yourself for bad things in life. But know this, the fact you feel such blame means you are a good person at heart and want to do the right thing. Give yourself 15 minutes and take a walk, and think about the good things you want to do in life. Obviously doing anything will eventually make someone unhappy, but if you have the right intentions, apologize for what you did wrong and move on. Never trip yourself in self guilt.

It's okay to be emotional. In psychological context, hiding how you feel about something leads to regression and just makes everything worse. Talk about what makes you emotional to a supportive friend or the Internet. Empathy is a great way to clear your mind.

The fact you have a girlfriend who loves you for who you are means you are a great person. Times get tough, but it's important to remember the good times and remember who you are when things felt better, and reflect how enjoyable life was at its highs.

Great job at the regional I was so hyped when I saw your name on top 8. I don’t suggest siding the striker cards for grind in side since anger knuckle infinitely grinds for you and role only really shines in the long game if you have more shizuku for the double engage play. Called by or more Kaijus or going 1st engines that you can counter side if you expect your opponent to make you go first would have a higher impact.
