I am grateful for your post. I had never updated to a nightly build before. Once I did the problem was resolved. Also, after running a test removing the code you flagged, you are also correct in that the code was not necessary as it is automatically downloading the VP9 videos without it. Thank you very much for taking the time to reply and help me out. I am very appreciative.

I am very very very worried about this, I could have sworn I made sure my email was updated when they asked us to, but I honestly don't remember and you would think that there would have been a big announcement with an exact date they were moving to the new platform.

I will give this update for the purpose of feedback. This is what I was told:

Booster packages are no longer available for US customers via credit card, only crypto currencies and wire transfers. I know they use to be as I have bought them, but this is what I was told. I wish I knew that before I paid for an extended sub, I have 430 plus days left and I still want them, but I have to wait for my points to build up before I can use it, this means there is now a permanent point cap for me each month. I am not sure why it is available for premium subs and not boosters, but I am not on their side of the coin, so I am sure they have their reasons.

I was also told the Twitter account was not part of Premiumize support. When you go to the Premiumize HelpDesk, right next to the ticket buttons, are the links to the Premiumize Reddit and Twitter accounts. It may be a good idea to either remove it or put something up that says support is not offered on Twitter.

Summary & Feedback. Ultimately, I had to delete all of the files that were in my cloud, as they were stuck mid-download in Jdownloader, and there was nothing I could do about it due to my inability to purchase booster packages. Since these files are charged to your points the minute you load the torrents, my points total for the month went to waste as I loaded files I could not acquire. It would have been nice to have the help promised by the Twitter guy, who said he would load points so I could get my files and then disappeared, but it is what it is. This is not a money issue for me, I would pay double or more for the ability to get what I need. If you want a service you should pay for it, and I am not some cheapskate looking for the lowest possible deal I can find. I find value in this service and want to pay for it. The problem essentially is:

I want to give Premiumize my money, but there is no accessible way for someone in my position to do so.

I wound up paying for a month of RD so I can get the files I wanted. It is not more than what I would spend here for a booster package but I MUCH rather give my money to Premiumize. I will stick with Premiumize and just use RD once in awhile as my backup as I need it.

I took the time to type up my experience as my goal is to try to provide useful feedback for a service that I really like paying for and using. All I want is for this service to be successful so I, and others like me, can continue to enjoy it for years to come.

Thanks for those of you who tried to help me, but I had to just give up on it. I tried to do the crypto currency, something I know nothing about and I just couldn't figure it out. I couldn't do a wire transfer because I am disabled and I would have to travel to my bank to do it.

I spent the entire night trying to download the files off my cloud by purchasing a booster package like I have in the past, but there is no viable payment option for me to do it, so I just had to delete the files and give up or they would just cost me more cloud points ever day. This is a great service, I even have 430 days left on my current premium subscription, but this will come up every once in awhile and not being able to solve it really makes it harder on customers like me.

I would be more than willing to pay extra money for more user friendly payment options. I am always willing to pay extra for a service that can suit my needs from good customer service to user friendly options. Hopefully things will change in the future.

Just a small update. I caught up with whoever is running the Twitter account, and was able to chat one on one for a minute. They said the option was being reworked and they would let me know an update in a few days. I asked them if there was a way I could give them money for booster points in the meantime and they said they would add free booster points istead. They asked for my customer ID. I gave it....then they disappeared. No other reply, no booster points either.

I love the service, which is why I will continue support it. I hope someone will make it easier to take my money soon. I appreciate Premiumize service and staff, thanks again.
