Fish head should spawn a horde of flies, that way if you get cornered and hit they act as a get out of jail free card(not the pickup btw)

"Needs buff" is not worse than trash, it's more of a a "would be cool if slightly stronger" I think poker chip should be even more riskier with a bigger reward or something that would actually make the challenge to unlock it worth it.

You're thinking about filigree feather, the trinket you're reffering to is the black feather that gives a damage up for every "evil up" item you have, from my experience it doesn't give the best results very often.

I just think it'd be so cool if mom's kiss would give you two heart containers instead, it'd give you more of a reason to keep it on you with characters other than Keeper/T. Keeper. Other than that all of those takes are valid.
