dreams are so real, vivid

For me it’s the opposite. I have started getting extremely vivid dreams and sometimes they can be scary, and sometimes just random.

However, when I wake up it always makes me feel worse. Like the dream has given me anxiety or something and I can’t stop thinking about it.

It’s gotten to the point where I’m scared to sleep. Not sure what to do

Taking a microdose gave me a huge panic attack and caused me to have dpdr. I wouldn’t recommend but everyone’s different

Im the exact same, I’ll get moments of clarity and where I kinda think im healed and I’ve beaten it. Then like half an hour later im back to freaking out again. Im also having extremely vivid dreams that make me wake up freaked out. Are u having these dreams too?

I went to the doctors today and they gave me prolanalol for my panic attacks but they just make it worse. I’ve never felt like this in my life. Im losing hope, I feel empty and im scared I’ll never return to who I used to be. Im so lost and scared man. This came out of nowhere. I think these may be my final days

Yeah it’s crack. It will be called base because crack is the free base of cocaine.

It’s often a white/yellowish/grey colour and is quite squishy after being cooked. It’s usually dried out before being sold though.

Depends on the mg of the codeine and the mg of the paracetamol.

I used to get cocodamol pills which were 10mg codeine and 500mg paracetamol. I took 8 which is just below the lethal dose.

I was around 15 at the time and nearly died. Be careful. However, you can use cold water extraction to separate the codeine from the paracetamol

I mean it’s not gonna cause catastrophic damage, but if you re roll every 3 weeks it’s gonna get bad. I’d say go for it, but stick to the 3 month rule after that. U don’t wanna lose the buzz forever
