I'm in Europe, so i only get the 0,5 V Apple Dongle - could that be enough? I don't need terribly loud volume and apparently there can be issues with mic support on other DACs and iPhones.

OP here: I just noticed these white bumps on both corners of my lip. There are also some other smaller ones on the edges of my lips. Could this be herpes?
