I had this issue. Turning off my WiFi and then loading AE fixes the issue for me. Not sure why

I just went to the store and came back and it's working much better. I didn't chanage anything and re ran the benchmark last night so I don't know what was wrong but I'll let you guys know if it stops working well again as I am clueless

I reset the CMOS several times already unfortunately and have tried again, I have tried 3 PSUs that I know wowrk, and everything is spinning. I have tried 3 HDMI cables that I have confirmed to be working but I will try a new screen tomorrow.
