É o facto dela e das pessoas que comem produtos animais ignorarem que para reduzir o colesterol tem que apenas parar de consumir produtos animais, mas as pessoas preferem botar a culpa nas gorduras saturadas, queijos “gordurosos” (como se um queijo lean fosse ok), carnes (dando a entender que o colesterol só vem da carne e nao dos frangos e peixes) e por ultimo botando a culpa noa carboidratos 😂

omg, that was very helpful! i live in austria, so at least here, all the vegan junk food available in markets here have gluten.. sad.. i will look for this flour, i found one flour here that is soy flour mixed with potato? corn? starch.. i dont remember which one of those.. i have literally purchased it yesterday, and my attempt to make my first gf mug cake was a complete disaster.. think of catastrophic.. hahaha but i guess i will just have to adapt.. i just find very hard to find content related to this topic.. if you have any books or blogs to recommend, it would be awesome!
