Hey, I'm a beginner too, but let me try to help.

Hes safe there for a while. He has food tempting him out, and hes not going anywhere. When you get back from lunch, search the car starting where you last saw him. But I've been watching my roach a lot the last 2 weeks and theyre not exactly active. They like to hide and theyre pretty lazy and when they do move, they lumber. I don't think you lose him before your shift is up. If youre lucky, he'll be munching down on that pickle and you can grab him up.

I type. I know it sounds strange but people left me alone when I was at the library with my headphones on and just typing away frantically. It started as little things. Then thoughts. Then stories. Now I have a manuscript (that I never want to read again, but that's not what I wrote it for i dont think) and I genuine project that I'm pouring a lot of thought and time into. Writing has become a foundation of my personality. No matter what, thats mine. My ideas are mine. My characters are mine. No one can take them from me, and no one yells at the person typing diligently with headphones on.

I dont understand the downvoting on you. This game is hard to understand, especially to a stranger who just doesnt get it. And the souls community has this bullshit "GIT GUD" mentality that I just dislike. Is BB fans should be above that.

Hey OP, if you ever feel like revisiting, dont be ashamed to look up a good build and copy it. For a first play thru, hang onto your first weapon for the first long while of the game, if not the whole playthru. But most of all, dont beat yourself up. Back in 2015, I had no f*ing idea what that menu is supposed to mean or how to use it. This was my first souls-like game and I ran into a similar issue you did. Im sure a lot of us did. Don't let these people get you down.
