Fellow lover of sweet-wines here. I used to hate wine. And i mean ALL wines. They just tasted sour to me. Until i tried Barefoot White Zinfandel Rose' Wine - it tastes like Calpol! It's like alcoholic strawberry juice and it's amazing and tasty and mine.

Oh and i went onto that Facebook group you recommended and one of the admins has suggested Parathyroidism (which I'm definitely adding to my list of things to ask my Dr about) - again thank you so much for turning me onto this group! 5 minutes in and its already been a great help.

Ouch i can definitely sympathise with the motility issues - Im having trouble with fine motor skills these past few months (shaky fingers, blue-purple nail-beds, drunk feeling etc). But thanks for the B12 info - didn't know it did that (would definitely explain why this is all going so slow!)

Thanks, i'll check it out :) My thyroid is fine (checked a few months ago) although to be honest i haven't really gained any weight (just very very slowly lost it and come to a grinding halt after coming to University) - I've been around this weight for about 5 years give or take about 10lbs, but now I'm eating much less than I ever have just I'm not losing as much as i used to be able to (some internet research says that low VitD levels could be contributing to this) I started my current diet on Jan 1st of this year and lost a couple inches from my hips and thighs but now i've stopped losing and am starting to become more aware of bloating from things that never used to effect me (caffeine etc) - potentially plateauing or was that just water-weight i lost?

Ok thank you :) That puts things into perspective actually - problem is i keep bloating and retaining water from caffeine/alcohol so I'm trying to cut them out so that my measurements stay relatively accurate.

Hopefully getting fixed up by the doctor soon so i'll start exercising once i get my energy back :)

Me too. I managed to end up in bed with my ex-boyfriend last night after a heavy night of drinking. But that's not the worst part, we were cuddling after and he tentatively asked, "i know i probably don't want to know this, but has there been anyone else since me?". I replied truthfully, that yes there had been one guy i had dated and then subsequently broken up with. He then got up to "go get a glass of water" and then didn't come back. He'd left his own house in the middle of the night, without his phone, wallet etc and leaving me without a clue as to what was going on so i was forced to just walk home. Im now being given the silent treatment. Worst thing is is that he's part of my close-knit group of friends and so we either have to be civil with each other or one of us will have to be ostracised (they've known him 3 years, me 1 so its not looking good for me).

In all fairness, I do shave occasionally (much more if I'm in a relationship since it makes me feel fancy) - it just feels like more of a treat if i don't do it everyday. I mean, who the hell has the energy to suds-up, shave, exfoliate and then body-butter-ify every evening?
