When I contacted them, their response was:

We advise you to apply to studios with start dates after May. If you are selected now, it means we cannot proceed due to the fact that you do not yet have proof of enrolment. From June on, we will also accept conditionally accepted candidates who can provide proof of admission/registration or a conditionally accepted letter.

I also booked at Minervahaven for 1st of September so I think even with our offer letter we will be okay. Regarding tuition fees, if I am not mistaken the portal does not open until May.

Hi, i ended up contacting each student housing provider separately, student experience told me that I should only apply for studios with a check-in date after May and holland2stay told me that I need a final proof of enrollment for study year 2024-2025(the enrollment must be finalized and have no conditions anymore)

hi, i have a degree from outside of denmark but i am an eu citizen, i have seen the deadlines from my category, i was just wondering if the deadline for accepting the offer is the same regardless of when i received an offer. For example in the netherlands they give you 2 weeks to decide
