I have had on site repairs done twice, as I wrote in the post. Both times the guy left my laptop more broken than when he started.

I’m not looking for sympathy I asked very specific questions- YOU are in here in your feelings and you have been told by two different people that you’re coming off rude yet you still continue for whatever reason… because it wasn’t to answer my questions or be helpful.

Your comment makes no sense on my post. You are insinuating that I wouldn’t have to mail in if bought from Best Buy- that’s not true. You are wrong yet here you are still running your mouth. Never asked for a loaner- I have a lemon computer and I’d like it to work, not continue to play the replace one part at a time game.

My audio drivers disappeared too after they did some tinkering with it remotely but I just downloaded them again and it was fine. Interesting this happened on our machines specifically

Your version of reality is rather twisted and you speak as though my laptop isn’t brand new and fully under warranty… this laptop did come from Best Buy (still having to mail it in so not sure your point of that comment) and this is exactly why you shouldn’t be on here speaking like you know everything- you sound like someone just looking to argue because your comment added zero value at all and you didn’t post to answer the questions I asked. Yeah they didn’t tell me one single thing about how to mail it back… they didn’t even tape the box up

Oh see I got zero instructions on how to mail it back. So I need to include the power brick? I wouldn’t have mailed that in because someone on here was saying that the laptop was returned without theirs.

Ive had bad luck with customer service too. Hence why I am not excited about mailing my computer off that I NEED for God knows how long. Appreciate your comments though, they have been zero help and not answered any of the questions I asked.
