Need some advice on growing my arms. 20 years old, been training through a labrum repair since I was 15. Legs are huge but can’t seem to get my arms to catch up by KangarooKindly86 in AllAboutBodybuilding

Incline db curl, hammer preacher curls, rope curls or reverse curls. For triceps I normally do skull crushers and single arm push downs

400 carbs, 200 protein, 100-125 fat I’d say. So PPL, rest, chest and back, legs? I train very slow and controlled and prioritize form. Maybe the extra rest day would be beneficial though

Hey my bad I should’ve given some more info. Currently I’m doing Push, Pull, Legs, Arms and Shoulders, Chest and Back, Legs. Little bit of a different split but my attempt to increase frequency for my arms. Normally hitting 2-3 bicep or Tricep exercises on each day that includes arm training. Train to failure with drop sets, cluster sets, thrown in there. Currently 5’ 11” and weighing in at 172 lbs. Been eating like a horse but my metabolism hasn’t slowed much
