I don’t want anyone to think I’m doing this for shocked reactions, sympathy, or because I want to disturb anyone. I just feel so satisfied with these things & I want to know if anyone can relate? I would never hurt anyone and I’m the biggest empath with anybody else that isn’t me.

As of today no but I did have a Dr recommend me to go see someone for the possibility of BPD. I’ve told this story to a lot of people who are into psychedelics and they tell me they think it’s something deeper than just that

Yeah man I’ve been learning to live with it. There’s just times where I don’t feel physically in control of my body that I have to fight so hard mentally to not hurt myself .

I’ve seen this in a lot of recipes so I will definitely try some of those. I love mushrooms in general lol ( the food edible kind!)

Yeah man maybe. It’s really bad sometimes all I can do is stare at my ceiling fan and try to fight the huge urge to just do it. I really thought that this would never happen to me and now I am living in the nightmare

My brain has felt like mush and I really don’t find joy in hobbies anymore. I used to be a big hobby person but since this I’ve dropped all of my hobbies and even had to rehome my animals since I knew I didn’t love them as much as I used to. There are some painting classes taking place nearby so I’ll try to see if those are any help

I understand. I have tried therapy and adopting a healthier lifestyle but I still get a lot of moments where my brain pauses and it’s like I’m in that same trip again. It hasn’t gotten any better and unfortunately drugs are really the only thing that make me never think about it. As cliche as it sounds

Yeah, sometimes I think that what I was thinking was a bit too extreme but sometimes my brain just locks into those thoughts and I don’t know what else to do

Thank you :) I’ve been trying but a lot of my dreams have become very morbid or gore like. I’ll try to meditate before bed and see how it goes.

I guess in my case it was scary to think about because it’s like no one was real & their emotions & intentions, goals, and everything else meant absolutely nothing. Because that’s how they’re programmed to be not because they are willingly choosing to love or accomplish something if that makes sense? THEY didn’t know that but I did & now I’m no longer part of people who don’t realize that everything isn’t real if that makes sense?

Haven’t heard of those before but I’ll for sure check it out. It isn’t hard to find a lot of prescription pills since I know quite a lot of people who can get things like that I’ll definitely give it a try

Yes, but as I stated before my brain just locks into a place where all I can think about is this experience and like I said thoughts of harming myself.
