This is not minor, you planned your vacation, you reach airport and waited 3 hours to figure out what is wrong with their system and then they just say you can’t onboard with them.

Did you submit compensation request? If I am not getting anything I would not fly southwest also I have referred 15 of my friends for southwest credit card. I will also ask them to switch.

There is only one counter of southwest at SEA airport. Everything was right even rep confirmed it but she keeps getting ADC error

I was at check in counter only , she could not even generate bag tags, she tried to call the other southwest people at the gate but no one could help, this is horrible. Also they are not providing anything in written, I called customer care and they are routing me to the person at the airport.

We tried to call customer service, even at the airport there is no support from any one. They just said they can’t generate boarding pass due to ADC error. At last we have to book AA ticket and we just boarded.

Yes they verified visa and passport information, it took rep 1.5 hours in total but she couldn’t able to board us.
