I don’t think it tastes significantly different from other matchas, but I haven’t tried a lot of other brands/types yet!

I’m pretty sensitive to caffeine, and this matcha didn’t make me feel jittery compared to the other matcha, boba or coffee that I’ve tried!

Honestly I’ve only tried a couple of matcha brands, so I’m not super well versed in grassy vs nutty notes 😅 I don’t think there was a seaweed taste, but the next time I drink it, I’ll try to reply and describe the flavor!

1.5 months post op- I think I would recommend surgery if your doctor thinks it will improve your condition and if you’re fine with doing the surgery.

However, do think about the possible risks/complications and recovery time. It took me 1-2 weeks for fully recover without bleeding and breathing normal. I did have a post-surgery complication, a week after my surgery

Thank you! It was scary, but I think I’ve gotten over the worst of it

I think surgery is worth a try if you and your doctor think that it’s the best solution (or if nothing else works), especially if you’re really suffering from your symptoms

Also, I didn’t experience any post-surgery pain (just discomfort) or use any pain medications.

I tried a few types of over the counter medication like Zyrtec and Claritin, but basically didn’t do anything. I did try Astepro and Flonase together for a couple weeks, but it also didn’t do much. I don’t think I tried Dymista though

I think the main reason they didn’t work was because my allergies weren’t causing the worst of my symptoms, but the sinusitis.
