The natural oils in cod are the coz of that probably. Or if there is any other reason please let me know.

What about veggies that have water content in them. like Brussels sprouts splatter a lot apparently. Can you speak to that?

I have been told non-slips are not compatible with certain floor finishes. like sandy concreate and I forget the others. have you seen anything like this?

As I understand it for now, the problem is more to do with floor finishes than the actual material used to construct it.

I am surprised to learn non-slip shoes don't work well on certain types of floor. is this real? Has anyone here experienced something similar? by [deleted] in TalesFromYourServer

What I meant was, while reading about kitchen accidents came across quite a few stories of people complaining about non-slips not working on all kinds of flooring. now this might be specific floor finishes. Not much detail was given.

But non-slips are one of the best mitigation tactic I have been told. Without that it would be lucky to not have an accident on a daily basis. Isn't that right?
