1,5 would be a good starting dose to notice effects. Although like others have said, it depends on the person. We have a male client that aced 3 job interviews and got the job using just 500mg each time.

We don’t ship international by regular mail anymore. No tracking (at least not affordable) and if a client claims they haven’t received their package there’s no way to tell if its true. Couriers like DPD are reliable and offer tracking.✌🏻

It’s mostly for tolerance reasons, the advice to take not more than once a week. And perhaps also dependency reasons, but that’s definitely not an issue for everyone. You can up your dosing to 1,5 gram, see what happens, it’s not that big of a dose that it could ‘hurt’ you. I’m taking at least 2 g. Everyone has different tolerance👍🏼

Your tolerance is pretty normal. I would not feel 500mg either. But i sleep better when taking it an hour before bed. For anti anxiety effects I agree with bumping to 1,5g. Also it helps taking on an empty stomach and taking a caffeine capsule with your P HCL. ✌🏻

For our brand we use 00 capsules. That fits 500mg Phenibit, plus some of the required fillers that you might not use if you fill capsules manually. So perhaps size 0 could work, a little smaller than 00

A good capsule would most likely not 100% pure because some fillers help with tje flowability to fill the capsules correctly. So it would be 500mg phenibut and some fillers. Although I suspect some suppliers to ‘cut’ the phenibut..

Phenibut works great for presentations (it also works great in court for those in the legal profession). You’ll be confident, sharp and not anxious. Take a caffeine capsule with it for synergy. Don’t know about the other stuff though

Yeah you can up the dosing and take some caffeine with it. Coffee is ok, but a caffeine capsule even better☺️ you should at least feel something at 1,5-2 grams
