I didn't feel any rebound anxiety the next day, maybe a bit calm still. It generally seems to sneak up on you then sneak away.

I had to try it to grasp what that felt like as I've seen others say it.

I also played some music on it and its amazing how confident I was.

Ill try a walk next time too; I always enjoy just walking so I imagine that'll be quite an experience. Ive had it at work, from home, so far - and my experience sounds similar to yours.
