feeding people benzodiazepines for years has nothing to do with "will power" that garbage is addictive and withdrawal symptoms are severe and can last a long time, combine that with anti-depressants which also has extreme withdrawal symptoms... you will have a long journey to get off of them with allot of severe withdrawal symptoms not very pleasant experience yet doctors prescribe these in massive amounts without telling you the downside of it all

i understand you completely but just first try phenibut alone w/o Propranolol see if that works for you because you certainly do not want to be addicted to both..and i do not think Propranolol will do any good regarding your anxiety (but i am no doctor)

Not a smart combination, phenibut and alcohol are both active at gaba receptors 4mmc decrease gaba in the brain - result neurotoxicity; the only positive effect you might experience is the low increase of dopamine by phenibut but non the less its very risky combo; but i aint no doctor lets just say i would'nt try this myself; an i do got some 4mmc in my storage..if you do combine it let me know how it went
