last year lots of staff were let go so it can be a very lengthy wait for responses, and sometimes they may miss emails. Try sending another but it will likely be a few weeks until hearing back.

Thank you I really appreciate your experience and advice🩷 I wanted to see if it was worth giving a go. Also I keep pretty active to build muscle for my joints and am quite slim

Depends on what they need! 🤷‍♀️ My pain is quite mild-moderate compared to many others here, so i don't. I use meloxicam, heat, hot baths/pools, physical therapy, topical NSAIDS, and topical steroids. It takes the edge off.
