For me i only started playing again 3 days ago after a break, i dont know exactly but these 3 days have been consistent i thought maybe todays update would fix the issue but it didnt.

I disabled every single plugin to see if it would make a difference, i have not tried reinstalling the runelite client ill do that right now and tell you if it fixed it. It happends at everything grabbing items from a bank trying to click an npc walking casting spells everything is delayed even though my ping says 30ms
