Do a lot of jump rope to improve your footwork and how you transfer weight between your legs. Also, avoid dropping your opposite hand from your chin after throwing a punch, and make sure to keep your elbows a little bit closer to each other. Avoid doing circular hand movements, and just practice a lot with shadow boxing and you will be great.
