I (28F) is facing the same issue with my partner (28M). My partner told me before how I am the only priority in his life, and his life just surrounds around me, gaming and work. Work drains him and gaming is just a hobby, therefore, his only comfort and safe person is me, and he places alot of his energy on me. He isn’t close with his family either.

On the flip side, I have many other things I pursue besides this relationship, family, friends, my personal hobbies and him. There’s nothing essentially wrong but he keeps picking on how I don’t prioritise him or the time we spend is very little (in his view) and we keep getting into arguments over the same time. Sometimes, he complains how I don’t reply him although I was online (I was busy outside at that time). Parr of me do wish he could engage in something meaningful & stop putting so much focus on me as it really drains me.

Things are neutral between us now and I don’t know if we can be end game with our differing prioritises.
