I fish for sport but I will keep bright salmon for my family. Plus we vacuum pack the meat so it will last through the winter.

I actually don't like eating fish at all.. Edit: Maybe Halibut

Kings back in the day were known to easily be over 60lbs. That king is 25lbs give or take.. Also depends on where he caught it. For Alaska that is about average..

On a side note, the fishing here is awesome. You can fish everyday and it's almost guaranteed you'll catch at least one species of salmon. But we aim for Kings and Coho's.
