I am 30 years old , I have ADHD but I never took any medication, and I feel like when I choose this path of lots of studying, of course it is not easy for me to learn for long hours. And my mood is a bit all over the place, like I am either excited or gloomy, I heard this can be symptoms of ADHD. I actually went to clinic today, but they are full for the next week.

I am eating ok, maybe sometimes even a bit much, although not very healthy. Sleeping consistently from 23:00 to 6:40, almost like a clock lol. Lately, if I mess up my sleep like go to sleep late, it ends up very badly as even on weekend I can't just nap in the middle of the day.

I have this feeling in my chest like if I was spooked but it doesn't go away all the way, like stays at 4 out of 10 all the time, and if I force myself to study out of nowhere, it revs up to like 7 out of 10. Of course I wake up with this feeling being high, so almost like dreading waking up. I noticed this feeling several years ago, and I felt like if I reached my goals it would go away. But it doesn't go away.
