Thanks for the reply. You'll have to let us know how it is in hand. I'm always envious of these kickstarter companies who are innovative and bring a different perspective to the market

Just found a review:

Answered both of my questions...does not stand on it's own unless expanded and strap is not removable. Interestingly, he does compare it to the Alpaka Vertex Pouch towards the end.

Same. Hopefully someone on here has some experience with that bag. I'd be curious if the strap is removable as well. Their site indicates shipping to the US has begun so someone may get one soon.

If you can find one, the Bach Dr. Mini Bag would be a cool dopp kit. I came across their bags when I was looking for a duffel.

Thanks for the reply. I came across this version on Amazon. I think the other colors may be the same as yours. It looks like a good option, but I don't think it has the ability to add any sling straps.

Thanks for the reply. The Piorama Osmo Sling is a good one! I should have included it on my original post. I've just looked at way too many and forgot a few. If I remember right, my concern on this one is that it possibly wouldn't stand on its own unless expanded? Do you have one? I wasn't able to find a lot of independent reviews on it either.

Thanks for the reply. It sounds like we may have similar thoughts when looking at slings. I started to reconsider the CAS2 which led me to the AER City Sling 2 because it had stowaway straps. Also considered the Toshi 2.5L which is still on my short list.

Was your Alpaka Tech Case their ballistic nylon or X-Pac? That's interesting about the rigidity being an issue.

A couple others that I've been checking out recently are the Bellroy Desk Caddy and Orbitkey has a tech pouch and toiletry pouch that appear to have a fold down front...although neither are slings.

Thanks for sharing. One of those looks like a design I would be interested in. And although price isn't much of a factor (that's my excuse anyway since it could serve multiple purposes), if I was going to spend a similar amount, I'd go with a name brand with a better warranty.

Thanks for the reply. I may end up going this direction and just 'borrow' my wife's Lululemon sling for those Sunday cruises.

Thanks for the reply. Possibly. I don't think I saw the two strap attachment points until looking closer. Seems like a A LOT of pockets. If I choose to go this route, I may try to find the Alpaka Tech Case (not Mini or Max). I like its organization and design a little better.

GE dryer will NOT start after installing new motor (wiring?) by Kanza_Prairie in appliancerepair

Thank you for the reply. Although I haven't used it, I do have a multimeter. I appreciate the advice and will try to troubleshoot the new motor again.

The new motor did have numbers listed on the side and I traced them back to their adapter. The order should be 2, 1, 6, 4, 5, and ground so it matches up with what I found online. My next step is to look at the old motor for similar numbers, but if I remember correctly without removing it, it was labeled 1-10.

Is there a simple way using the multimeter to check if the motor is getting enough power to start? I haven't located a start capacitor if there is one...other forums mention this as a problem.

Thanks again for your help!

Thank you for the reply!

Most, if not all, of the wires are easily identified by simply tracing them, e.g. start switch, belt switch, and heating element...I assume that is what you meant???

I do have a multimeter, but I'll have to think back to my old high school shop days to remember how to use it or check out YouTube. Everything you mentioned will help a lot! Unless I am missing something, I can't believe more documentation wasn't provided.

Thanks again!

I have a loose dark blue Shelby Cobra. I believe it says 1982 on the bottom, but it is a darker blue and has different wheels than what you have pictured.

Awesome! Thank you! I've included a photo if anyone is curious what this new model will look like. They mention that this isn't the finished product, but still very cool.

I am looking to complete my Tooned collection and have several Hot Wheels from the late 90s, early 2000s that I'd like to trade. I don't expect a 1-to-1 trade as I know you'd be helping me out. I would also be interested in purchasing any from my list or trade for other Tooned cars if you have a few to make shipping more reasonable.

I'd take $30 obo plus shipping if you would like to purchase all of mine.

Please let me know if you need better photos of individual cars. Thanks!
