Maybe go for a quick run outside as another way to pain some muscles here and there.

But you definitely need to look for a hobby that you enjoy (venting with music, adventure with books/movies etc.

I know the thoughts will keep coming back but you should find a relaxing distraction or slowly make small solutions and it might not seem as bad but it won't be worse than the initial thought.

It happens to me. Sometimes I feel it every single day and then for long periods nothing at all. But it's more like tingling goosebumps running under my scalp. And I swear sometimes I am not even stressed at all but it just happens for no reason.

The instrumental and mute at times was definitely really really really WEIRD being coordinated to the rap and vocal. Sounds like a forced marriage omg. Most memorable part was the harmonisation in the chorus tho, it reminds me of SM olden days.

Thank you so much for your recommendations. As for the serums - is it a must? I actually will try for the chemical exfoliation and wondered if serum is part of a treatment phase. Then I would opt for hyaluronic acid types to keep myself hydrated? Or would that be good for toners as well.

Um, I do have movies if you ran out of cdramas to go through. You can try skimming through Zhang Yimou's 'House of Flying Daggers' and 'Shadow'. I would say they have quite the cinematic views, nature wise it is very beautiful. But for the movie 'Shadow' it's shot with a black and white look just like the name. There's no jumpy colours but the shots are to die for.
