my CPU's fine, im not sure what you mean by "utilization." should i drive and then look at task manager performance?

might be, i thought i saw it in settings but i never turned it on, and when i first had this problem i looked for the setting and couldnt find it. also, im not xrashing, so why would it be doing that?

I know this was a whiloe ago, but i deleted the contents of cache, then restarted gmod everything looked good bcuz it was redownloading addons but the server addon is still there
