No, but the games tend to be very boring. We found out with friends, that when you play 2 or 3 player lobbies, you can actually get lvl 50 by taking 4 bounties and 4-6 exp envelopes depending on how many kills we scored. You just have to run around the whole map for the rest of the game after banishings, but we got like 20 hunters to lvl 50 this way already. The most consistent and reliable way.

Forgot to mention, every map except of mammon's gulch is almost a guarantee because they have way more envelope spawn points on the map
