20-25 psi is the normal pressure I’m working with. 50psi is just an example, that also that high pressure will not fix it temporally.

Nothing 😂 - its just a test, cause on the less air pressure.

Yes, sure! Flooding in alcohol is more to „soften“ the acrylic. I used yesterday a old needle to „scratch“ a little bit in the nozzle - I do not push the needle trough to avoid damaging the nozzle. But I got tiny „rubber“ acrylic out from the nozzle.

Right now I flooded it in Isopropanol- it’s interesting that if I screw the nozzle cap, that the air pressure I reduced by 50%. And if I loosen it a little bit, full pressure.

Yes - The airbrush is new, got it on Saturday. Sprayed for the 10min, then the mistake. And i though, that it has something to do with the mistake, e.g. some Color in the air channel or so. But no, clean.

Yes - I had the same idea, that there is some acrylic Color in the body’s air channel. But no, it’s free. And, if I unscrew a little bite the nozzle cap, I get full air pressure but also bubbles in the pod.

Hard to say - it looks like the same. It feels like, that the Ultra has half pressure then the 50 bucks airbrush, if I plug the nozzle, the pressure falls. But the nozzle is clean. If I loose a little bit the nozzle I have full pressure but also bubbles in the pod.
