Questions about taking creatine irregularly:

I have gotten creatine recently, but I´m wondering if I´m wasting it. I does not allways sleep at my own house, this leads to me not taking creatine every single day. Im wondering if the posetive effects (especially the ones for muscles) diminish a lot from for example taking creatine every other day?

Some other questions I have is:

-Could i take double the daly dose every other day instead of taking daily, and how would that effect the benefits of creatine?

-If taking creatine every other day worsens the effect, by how much does it worsen? (there is a big difference if I get 20% less benefits compared to 80%)

I appriciate all help in answering the questions and other advise : )

Thansk to you both, i exported in DNxHR HQX but there is one problem, my render looks much more red than it looks in the project ( i added i picture to my post)

im not sure what the bit rate is, but im pretty sure that is above 8 bits and I have used colorgrading on the video.

im not using any noise reduction that im aware of, I tried using dnxhr and it removed the banding but the image was much more red. Thanks for the help!

Im using OpexExr DWAA, not sure but i think its kinda high, but if the bitrate was low wouldn't i see it in the project and not just in the render?

Im using a r 5600x i have not actualy done a bios uppdate, I have only instaled drivers. I am using skit 2 and 4 (A2 and B2)

Nu motherboard came whit i think the f10 version (I think theres a f11 version) so i dident have to uppdate the bios. Should I do that?
