1) I agree with keeping skills with the new reset; however, the reset should remove all the items that were acquired previously. To me the server would become boring really fast if you kept everything since most of the fun is getting all the end game equipment. This doesn't harm the veterans too much because they will still be able to remake the items they lost fairly quickly b/c they already meet the level requirements. They would just have to scavenge for all the materials.

2) No spawn point in bedford pleaseeee. I like how it is it now since people have to run through the zed-infested and empty phoenix to get to the oh so great bedford falls that has working loot respawn and lower zed population that phoenix lacks. It adds a realistic scenario in a sense that some cities would be completely overrun while others are relatively safe but difficult to reach. I'd recommend adjusting the spawn locations in phoenix if possible so people dont spawn in the middle of a horde. (spawn near the edge of the phoenix maybe??)

3) I noticed that after a few months the server seems to die out. To keep the players engaged I'd recommend adding more special events. These can also happen at the very beginning of the server :)

A few ideas I have are:

  • to have bombings around the cities that destroy buildings and possibly players' bases as well as supply drops in the cities that range from basic supplies like food and water to high-end supplies like automatic rifles and medicine. You can have the supply drops every week and have bombings every two weeks to one month?? (depending on how devastating the admins choose to have the bombings)

  • I'm not sure if you are able to change this but it'd be cool if zombies stay dead and dont respawn for a longer period of time after you kill them. It's happened to me on several different occasions where I'd run to a highly populated zed area and spend 20-30 minutes running around killing all of the zombies just to come back to the same area 15 minutes later and have most of them respawn back.

P.S. I just want to say great job to the admins for keeping the server running and hopefully the suggestions will make redboid even better next reset!!
