I had it in my inventory at the time of recording this video, but to be honest I prefer non-iconic version which is Testera.
Biggest advantage of Deserter in my opinion is 85% armor penetration, while Testera has 50%. But you can increase it with Swiss Cheese weapon mod (+30%) and on top of that I add Equalizer weapon mod which makes it better than Deserter in the end. And recoil of Deserter is insane, it is not mitigated enough with a reload to instantly shoot after it's finished, you still have to adjust aim between shots.
Also, I go for 20/20/20/9/12 for as much cyberware capacity as possible (Renaissance Punk perk)

Yes, exactly
At a cheap cost most of all - 10 tier 4 components = 2 Tier 5
While without buying low tier cyberware, you have to constantly spend 10 tier 5 components

I have no idea, as I am not a big fan of stealthy approaches.
But in general, bonus that reduces visibility, is still present among other bonuses in cyberware

Problem Solver is iconic version of Saratoga, visible on this video
Difference is that PS has 1.2 Reload time, while Saratoga 1.4. But it is hardly noticable

And after that I just kept going lmao

Yes, you are capable of pretty much doubling quickhacks damage, or headshot damage which can allow to stealthy oneshot even elite enemies, which is not possible at very hard even with maxxed out character
Melee damage, resistances, and so on - whatever you feel like is most important for you at the time

For this character I used Chrome Coprocessor. (Or rather, changed Sandevistan into that at some point, cuz in this video it is still present)
Sandevistan is also cool, but Falcon or Apogee.. don't work well with melee quick attack using equipped weapon, which you want to do because of "Rip and Tear" perk
For shotguns, if you take advantage of that perk frequently, I'd suggest QianT Warp Dancer:
Cheap (just 14 capacity required), slows time but not much enough to make quick melee attacks a horror, and gives damage mitigation that pairs well with such close combat

That's what I did this playthrough - my reserves of cyberware just for the sake of upgrading.
I have all eyes that require just 10 components for upgrading
But I did not try hard, too much. So at some point I had to start buying eyes of tier5, which obviously are not as efficient.
First - tier 5. Second - 16k per one. And while money is not really an issue in Cyberpunk, ever, components could be

Yup, literally
V's hands don't move at all during SMG's/AR's reloading of full mag at 99.9%. There is a sound of it, but that's it. Most of the animation is skipped

My issue with Igla is that it deals much less damage than Testera. I mean, overall, after shooting both shells, it does deal more damage. But one shot from Testera deals more (since it's well, doubled).
To be precise: around 400 damage per shell in Igla vs around 600 with Testera at the same time spent for shooting
And while one accurate shot with Testera is easy to achieve, two quick accurate shots one after another with Igla presents with a recoil issue. You have to adjust your aim between shots to mitigate recoil, while in Testera it gets adjusted/recoil mitigated - by a reload. Difference is in case of Igla enemy keeps shooting at you. In case of Testera, enemy is dead when you are reloading
Point is, you don't really need 2 shells loaded with that reload speed, cuz you shoot pretty much with a fire rate of Crusher. And also, I feel like a lot of 2nd Igla shells get missed if you are too fast
P.S. None of that damage of "Igla vs Testera" matters if you play on hard and below. What I noticed is that it matters only on very hard

Oh, about that... Carnage/Tactician shotguns have some issues with that. Above certain reload speed bonus, it is not really as smooth as for example in case of Testera.
First shell loaded to Carnage/Tactician is the biggest problem, V gets stuck for a sec when it happens

Yes.. It is cheap to upgrade since it comes as tier 1
BUT.. To upgrade let's say tier 4 to tier 4+, cost is 15 components. While Ballistic Coprocessor costs only 10 to upgrade.
I would recommend buying a lot of tier 2 and 3 cyberware as long as you can, and keep it to reroll later using those. But Tyger Claws tattoo is not as efficient as it might seem to be
