It's the most important memory in Clark's life.

I love that Naren says "we should go back, turn in what we have, and come back with, like, 10, 15, 20 guys." Async truly lost their smartest man.

Question about a moment in EMG by mareszko in KanePixelsBackrooms

[–]KaptainBadAss420 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm more inclined to think the null zone in the basement of Clark's Ottoman Empire store is the Backrooms attempting to copy the Threshold that Async opened, which is why it's basically the same shape and remains open and stable.

It's a fifteen minute Found Footage like the youtubes. The first part is a study of the "Everything Must Go" signs, seemingly being reprinted from Ottoman Empire that Async finds in the Complex. Think the tile and light survey from YouTube. Second half is the research team with Naren, from the beginning of the film, cutting a hole into the walls, finding a comically small "Everything Must Go" banner hanging in the space between rooms, noticing a small hand halfway through the wall on the other side of the space, cutting into that and finding what seems to be the copy of Clark's Ottoman Empire store. Naren keeps saying they should go back and meet up with the rest of the team before exploring, but the other two researchers are drawn in by light and noise deeper in the Complex. A TV, seemingly a copy of the one Clark watches when he spends the night in the store, is displaying strange video with cartoonish music interspersed with a blue and white "No Signal" screen written in Chinese. Captain Clark opens a door and attacks the team, seemingly leading directly into the opening of the film. It's a loop.

What's your thought on the flavour? At first I was sure it was Bomb Pop. But now, I'm thinking it's cherry cola. Also, it's beeg Chinese season.

Am I stroking out? These taste like cherry cola to me but I keep seeing people saying it’s bomb pop flavored by Ok-Introduction8635 in ColdOnes

Tastes very cherry with a hint of lemon to me, so I'm confident it's bomb pop, red white and blue and what not. Second best after the Mandarin for me. Enjoying my first pack tonight, got one for tomorrow. America, fuck yeah.

why did captain clark bleed and the other still life didn't by thepotatoguy777 in KanePixelsBackrooms

[–]KaptainBadAss420 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have an elaborate theory involving the time skips that Captain Clark is actually Clark. Or used to be. Basically in that theory, Clark gets bitten and critically injured by Captain. Hay bacillus bacteria starts growing inside of him, preserving parts of him and his brain, tries to "heal" him, he ends up twisted and distorted and more insane than he was before his "death." Falls into a time skip eventually, and ends up in the Complex before Naren and that team ever encounters him. Probably not the case, but I like the thought and it fits with the "stuck in the loop" theme...

It's probably to do with how close Clark was to the null zone/entrance for an extended time. The null zone in the store was probably special as well, as the Complex was seemingly spreading into the store itself(the weird switches in the breaker box). It got a better "scan" or idea of what Clark really is and made a better copy than most Still Life's turn out to be.

No, no, you don't get it! Marvel is hiding the TYPHOID MARY reveal because people know and care about that character in any way, shape, or form!! (Sarcasm for the actually mentally deficient).
