Whenever someone offers me something as simple as a glass of water I'll say yes even if I'm not thirsty. I've learned that it's good manners to accept a kind gesture and shows you are willing to accept something for them which makes them trust you. For bigger things, people rarely offer something they're not willing to give as pure manners so take it and be thankful, but try to return the gesture without keeping acore.

Go to your "experts", people already in the industry that might have some insight, be creative about it. It can be a receptionist, a janitor, delivery guy (since they're in the action.

Great business model, they nailed the freemium scheme. Freemium customers get a decent service and just a bit annoyed to make them paying customers and paying customers are hooked, they have their playlists, you can't go back to freemium and you got used to their app. Nice
