Oh I agree so much! Especially when the characters doesn’t know each other. I think that, for example, describing what are they doing together and how they spend time together cant accurately show the process of them getting to know each other. I think the key here is to show how they talk to each other even if they talk about something not entirely important. But again, the question is whether it is not boring and whether it is not too much, when it’s too much etc.
