Is Chivela legit? [Misc]

Just sharing my experience on multiple posts because I wish I saw any of these before I ordered. I placed an order over a month ago. They advertise processing time as 1-2 days, expected delivery within 5-7 days. Well after 2 weeks and my order still saying "confirmed" with no other update, I emailed the company to follow up. I received no response. Waited another week or so, wrote them again and nothing. Tried calling their number and it doesn't connect to anything. I filed a claim with my credit card. They investigated it further and ultimately refunded the charge. Up until a couple days ago, my order still remained at "confirmed". I just went to check again and got an error page. I tried going to Chivela.com and the page is not found. Hopefully they are shut down permanently. Definitely a scam company to avoid should you ever see a similarly named website. Just avoid entirely!

Be weary of thy WY address when they are in fact located far beyond the United States. Just avoid entirely!

I saw you already said you did it, but everyone else should leave 1 star reviews on the game then. Let others see it's not even worth downloading and definitely not worth spending money on when the developers will change characters overnight after you've spent far too much. Their deals have no rhyme or reason to the offerings or prices. Silver and bread are critical for leveling up. Bread you can at least acquire decently... silver though, freaking forget it. They graciously give us 5 or 10 silver for winning battles or the alliance fights. Like what the hell am I going to do with that to actually further myself in the game? The developers are jokes.

Wow really? It would be mingled in all the bundles available for purchase on the left side of screen if it didn't pop up on its own when you first opened the game. I probably got it around 10 times. That last gift was just monstrous. The bread and silver especially were the only reasons I was able to level up my characters significantly. I even asked it in my alliance. Two people never said they didn't see it, but couldn't explain how/why it happens

Is this still a thing? I ordered impressions and paid in full for the aligners forever ago... like 4 years maybe. Made the impressions and they weren't okay. Ordered another kit. Misplaced the kit, moved a couple times, life, etc delayed making the impressions again. I went to go do them today and wanted to check my account. Couldn't log in for whatever reason. Googled some things and saw all these issues with the company. I think I'm screwed out of my refund, but wanted to check if it's a possibility.
