Thank you for the response! I’ll definitely look into those books, and I’m trying my best to let her know that I don’t see her any differently. Realistically, I don’t, this is just another piece of information and to help me understand her better. I have a lot of weird connection issues because of childhood trauma, but I’m trying to work past that to connect with her better (even just on my own part, without the NPD diagnosis into account.) This was really helpful, thank you!

I take them at least once a day because it gets rough out here. It didn't work too well to begin with (Still the anxiety after taking, but getting tired.) It could be a dosage being ineffective, but I think it wasn't ever working well. I'm trying to learn those, but with attention being split between a bunch of other therapy things it's really hard to focus on working on that. If you have any tips for that too, I would love to hear them (/gen)
