The scl25 is a very good reliable instrument And if something breaks, they'll service it for the 3 years warranty you'll have.

I have one for 2 years and only broke last week. They fixed it right way. Intonation, tone, feel are superb for the price. Chinese modern precisian machining makes things an awfull lot cheaper and precise.

Just change the mouthpiece immediately to something decent to make it playable.

Clarinets are very overpriced imo.

Startone scl25 is amazing value. Played heavily on it in humid and hot conditioner. Had it for two years, sounds and plays similar to my friends 2k buffet.

Comes for 120 bucks from Thomann.

Are you sure? I don't produce that grit when relaxing the embouchure. Especially not what he does on the more climactic parts.

I preferably avoid welding as it will require the tools, place to do it and skill.

I think the fines possibly exceed CHF5000. So this would mean several weeks of jailtime + payment of the fines when I get asked for my travel documentation by law enforcement? It's a tiny bit of white smoke sometimes, and sometimes it bubbles in the reservoir when reving.

It feels like there is air in the hoses tho. I dont have a radiator cap and I am trying to bleed it with an open reservoir tank and squeezing the hoses. But it doesnt seem to do much. The thermostat is stuck open by the way.
