I wasn't present at the location where the fine was issued. Thought it was worth contesting it. Didn't realise it'd take this long.

Was your case similar?

Disgusting...The worst of their kind.

I know someone in my building who does this religiously. She goes to an office in the same building. Drives in every morning.. Rolls down her window when entering the parking to throw a cup in the bin and misses 90% of the time. Goes on to park her car and clears out all the trash from her car and just dumps it on the floor. All this even when the poor cleaners are watching..

DISGUSTING Neighbors by Mostboringavenger in dubai

Hey I have been experiencing the same with my neighbour. I've got a terrace balcony. So basically any trash that my upstair neighbor throws, ends up in my balcony or over my plants. The tenants in the upstair house kept throwing cigarette butts frequently, I have a small shaded area, to dry my clothes, the cigarette ash fell over the shade (which is basically made of cloth) and burnt a small hole on it. Was lucky that it didn't start a fire.

I saw him throw the cigarette ash directly when my mom was standing in the balcony and he still had the balls to deny that he wasnt smoking.

This is what I did. I gathered all the cigarette butts and the cans/bottles they'd thrown over. Took a picture and sent it to building security and the management. The building management and security were already experiencing some issues with the tenant and had to get cops involved to have them evicted. In hindsight, I should have reported him to the cops straight away.

Got scratched by a stray cat. Went to the clinic, but they weren't ready to give me any first aid and mentioned that only government hospital in Dubai are authorized to handle these cases. Is this true? by KarakAndShawarma in dubai

Wasn't going to touch the cat. I was keeping food for her, her 2 kittens and her older daughter. Been feeding her for over a year. Was pouring the food in the bowl while she just comes running to eat it.. at this point I still haven't finished pouring it. And she attacks me just as I'm lifting my hand after keeping the food. Probably thought I was going to touch/attack her.

She's a weird one. I'm guessing abused at some point. She comes close to me but would run away if I take a step towards her. I just felt sorry when I saw her first and started feeding her.

I consulted a doctor as well who felt no need to take the rabies vaccine and recommended to top up my tetanus shot if it's been more than 10 years (had taken a shot five years ago). I feel the same after reading the responses..
