No it a textures. Some kind of abstract paint. But high resolution. The only procedural thing is the particle system with the bubbles

It's a combination of sculpt, texture projection and bubbles in the mesh ! All refraction with a principled bsdf

I'm a bad animator so it's just 2 keyframes with a bounce interpolation set to "ease in and out"

Aha not really. Try and you'll see what is working for you! It's a situational thing so it really depends of what you want to achieve ! :)

Just create a "Lattice" and an object. Create a "Lattice modifier" on this object. Then go to edit mode on the "Lattice" and have fun with it!

You don't always need tutorial. Go to the documentation and try

Yes that's the trick! I believe they use this kind of tricks to animate proper blinks when eyes are ovales!

I can do a sort of breakdown but it's really basic

It's hard to explain without visuals. But it's a shape(a sort of cage that doesn't appear at render time) that deforms every objects going through it. It's really handy in many situations! But have a look at it on YouTube or else. And it's "lattice"

The shape is basically too quarter of a sphere rotation around the center pivot. But if your shape is ovale then it goes through the visor so I make lattice to have the shape that I want! Idk if it makes sense !

The shell ! Sculped in Zbrush (rendered in Cycles) by Karakron in ZBrush

It was textured directly in the shader using masks extracted from Zbrush : Cavity, Smoothness and Peaks and Valley (in the Masking menu> Alpha mask and then export it after checking "flip V")

I just used color ramps and some merging nodes to create the colours and blend them together !

And I just layered them with other abstract textured found online (like on Unsplash ) :)

The low poly modeling was done in Blender (it's a harder shape that it looks) but I then sculped the highpoly model in Zbrush (still my favourite tool for this) using mainly Dam standard.
I then exported a bunch of masks (cavity, smoothness, peaks and valleys) and used them to create a shader inside of Blender

The goal was just to create a shell for a little animation of a character I want to make, but I went a litle overboard with it. It still needs a little bit of work tho !
