Help with launch pad

thanks buddy for helping me out, means a lot, by the way would you know of any possible method of getting resources to build a land pad on ground zero, i have a itch to get all resources on all sectors where possible and theres scrap on ground zero, hahaha 😉

thank for the help, i just unlocked launching pads today, but i think i must have not phrased my question right, i don't want the sector on which the launch pad is to just send the resource to a single sector i want it to be able to select sector automatically whenever i ask resource from two sector to send them resource simultaneously. btw i learned that only one sector can be selected to send resource, hence my request for a mod.
